We're a four-person tree company based in Jacksonville, TX, and we grow slowly. We'd rather stay a small crew that does careful, insured work across Cherokee, Smith, and Anderson counties than a big one that cuts corners to make the schedule. If you've done tree work, line clearance, or logging in East Texas and want to be on a crew where your name is on the job, we'd like to hear from you.
Description: Support the crew with rigging, dragging brush, feeding the chipper, hauling debris, and site cleanup on daily jobs around Jacksonville and the surrounding towns.
Qualifications: Physically able to do outdoor manual labor in East Texas heat, cold, and the occasional wet spring; valid driver's license; willing to learn safe procedures around chainsaws, chippers, and rigging. Prior tree, landscaping, or line-clearance experience helps but isn't required.

Description: Perform technical removals and trimming, including climbing and rigging beside houses, fences, and power lines, alongside the owner and lead climber.
Qualifications: Hands-on tree-removal or climbing experience required; comfortable working at height in tall pines and hardwoods; solid understanding of safe rigging practices.
